TPJ was founded in 2004. Our spheres of activities are supervision of road maintenance and road construction works, supervision of construction works, expert analysis of road designs and bridge designs and project management which includes organising tendering procedures of the public procurements as the authorised representative of our client. TPJ is registered in the Register of Economic Activities and holds a road maintenance licence for supervision of statute labour and road construction.

Our team consists of highly educated functional specialists. Many of them have decades of working experience in the field of project management, supervision and specific tasks. Our biggest clients are the City of Tallinn and the Estonian National Road Administration. We have also experience in managing projects financed by the EU funds. The certificates of ISO 14001:2004, 9001:2000 and OHSAS 18001 2007affirm that TPJ management system complies with international quality standards.
